Reminder of Meeting on Sunday, Sept 7th – 7pm

Very important meeting… will will be discussing the following: any remaining questions about commonplace, who’s on board with this new church, next steps in moving forward and meeting times and places. Please come to the meeting… This will really be the start of the direction of commonplace and should be attended by all who want to be a part of it. See you Sunday in the basement of PRC.

Non-PRC people question…

I have now been asked by a couple of people if it is OK to invite non-PRC people to the meetings or to talk about the ministry with them… so I thought I’d respond with this blog-post.

YES…. YES…. PLEASE talk to your friends and neighbors about this ministry. I started with PRC people just to have a place to start. But it should NEVER be contained to just PRC people. The whole point is to reach out into the communities we live in. So please be talking to and bringing other people to the meetings. God has big plans, bigger than I have ever imagined, for this ministry. So don’t be shy. Be talking… be bold… for Christ. Isn’t He worth it?

New meeting set for Sept 7th

I’m excited to tell everyone that we will meet to discuss more details about commonplace on Sunday, Sept 7th at 7pm. We will meet in the basement (the Junkyard) of Prairie Ridge Church for probably 60 to 90 minutes (although it could go longer, if history is any indication). Be ready and open to discuss your involvement in what is happening in this new ministry… no commitments are required, so don’t freak out! Just be open for discussion… Hope to see everyone there. BTW, did I mention that I’m excited?
